My cycle
Track your own history, see six-month estimates, import selected Apple Health data and control what you share.
Kitho helps you track your own cycle, support a partner, and keep the details that matter about the people in your life — in one calm, private app.
Kitho asks what you want to do — not who you are. Start with the experience that fits your life and change it later in Settings.
Track your own history, see six-month estimates, import selected Apple Health data and control what you share.
Keep useful relationship context together and see cycle information only where your partner has chosen to share it.
Use Kitho for your own cycle and to support a partner without mixing private and shared information.
Use partner profiles, important dates, reminders and private context without cycle tracking at all.
Cycle timing changes. Kitho turns recorded history into explicitly labelled estimates and makes uncertainty visible instead of hiding it behind a single exact date.
Record period starts and ends, optional ovulation dates, bleeding intensity, symptoms and private notes. The self-managed experience keeps personal details separate from anything a connected supporter can see.
Connected partners see only the categories the self-managing person allows. Period timing, fertile phase, ovulation estimates and current cycle status can be controlled separately.
Import menstrual-flow records and positive ovulation-test results after explicit permission. Kitho never writes back.
Configure notifications around predicted menstruation, menstruation end and ovulation, including discreet wording.
Optionally add selected Kitho dates to your device calendar while checking for existing dates.
Keep partner profiles, important dates, notes and private context together so useful details are easier to remember.
Download a copy of your data and permanently delete your Kitho account from Settings.
Kitho is built around clear data boundaries. Apple Health-derived observations and estimates stay in the self-managed experience and are excluded from supporter views. Kitho does not use cycle data to infer mood, behaviour, pregnancy or contraception status.
“Cycle awareness should help people be more thoughtful — never more intrusive.”
Kitho is designed for relationship awareness and self-managed cycle tracking. It is not a medical device, fertility tool, surveillance system or relationship-scoring app.
The important boundaries should be understandable before you create an account or share sensitive data.
